Cancel & Refund


You can cancel an order until it is processed in our warehouse by going to the 'My account' in the website.This includes items purchased on sale.

We allow for complete Order cancellations only if an Item(s) has not been purchased under any of our promotional schemes, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been shipped from our warehouse(s). If an Order comprises of multiple Items bought under the same promotion, you can only cancel your complete Order until none of the Items have been shipped from our warehouse(s).


Any refund made on any of the goods purchased by you are subject to the following conditions:

  1. The goods must be unused, in saleable condition and must be returned within 15 days from receiving the package.
  2. All items to be returned must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  3. Any items purchased in a "Sale" or "Discount Offer" cannot be returned or refunded.



Refund Policy --Defective or Damaged goods & Receipt of Goods not matching your order:-

Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is found to have manufacturing defects, not doing what it's supposed to do, significantly different to what is shown in the website or described to you. In case the goods are found to be defective, damaged or does not match the description of items at the time of placing the order, you have to contact our customer care within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the goods. No refund claim will be entertained after 15 days of the delivery of the goods. Any goods received in a torn, wet or damaged state should be mentioned in the delivery note while acknowledging receipt.

If you believe an item is defective, damaged or different from your order, we may need to have the item assessed by us to determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If goods are found to be defective, damaged or incorrectly dispatched, RATNA (RATNA with a registered R mark) reserves the right to replace, repair, refund or a credit voucher towards a further purchase. We will refund your money within 15 days of accepting your claim to your mode of payment used while making the order.

Refund Policy -- Cancellation of order

Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods are dispatched from our facility. If the goods are yet to be dispatched from our facilities, orders may be cancelled under the following condition:-

  1. Orders shall be cancelled if there is any delay more than 15 days from the estimated shipment time provided to you. We offer 100% refund in such cases.
  2. Once the cancellation of order is accepted by us, we shall refund the money within 15 days to your mode of payment used while placing the order.
